Toradex is a Swiss based company that designs and develops embedded Computer on Modules (COM) or System on Modules (SOM), along with compatible carrier boards and accessories.
The registration of Toradex AG, the first Toradex franchise, was initiated with the general assembly of the shareholders in the office of a public notary on 14 November 2003. On 19 November 2003, Toradex AG was finally registered and its foundation published in the Swiss Official Gazette. Today the company has offices in USA, Brazil, Switzerland, India, Japan, China, and Vietnam.
The company’s products are used in variety of embedded devices addressing the safety, control and processing needs of medical, aviation, industrial automation, robotics, retail, marine and many more industries.
