Unsupersize Me
Unsupersize Me is a 2013 American documentary film directed and produced by Juan-Carlos Francisco Asse. The film was released on May 6, 2013 and documents a young woman as she tries to lose weight by following a whole-food, plant-based diet created by Asse. Unsupersize Me was released to DVD on July 2013. Asse is currently working on a sequel entitled Unsupersize Me 2.
Summary
The film follows Tracy Ryan, an average woman who wants to lose over 200 pounds and become height-weight proportionate. She has requested help from Juan-Carlos F. Asse, the owner of a personal training studio in Gainesville, Florida that creates a plant-based diet and a tailored exercise program for Tracy.
