Tynedale Virtual College

Tynedale Virtual College is a virtual teaching-learning environment that aims to give 16-18 year olds from within the Tynedale region with a college level qualification. This scheme is ran by a partnership of schools, with each school providing a different course, as well as access to their in person learning environments.
* Low Prudhoe Depot - provides building management training.
* Queen Elizabeth High School - provides catering and hotel management training.
* Haydon Bridge High School - provides health and social care training.
* Prudhoe High School - provides engineering and technology training.
The scheme was officially opened on August 17, 2012, at a cost of £1.65 million, where each school received additional facilities.
