Taryn Hillin is a journalist, screenwriter and author living in Los Angeles, CA.
She graduated from Yale in 2007 with a degree in political science and currently writes for The Huffington Post. Her screenwriting credits include A Stranger in Paradise starring Stuart Townsend, Colin Egglesfield and Acadaemy-Award nominated actress Catalina Sandino Moreno, and Pernicious, a horror-flick directed by James Cullen Bressack.
Her debut young adult novel was published under the nom de plume C.T. Hillin. The Imati is a fantasy / paranormal romance which centers around Alastrina Byrne, a three-century-old Imati (an immortal), with the face of a seventeen-year-old girl as she navigates the trials and tribulations of living in a small Maine town while on the run from a secret brotherhood determined to kill her kind.
