"Social India Conference 2011" is one of India's biggest social media conferences, drawing speakers from all over the globe. It's a Social Media Conference in support of the Akshaya Patra Foundation. The Conference is conducted with support from various sponsors and enthusiasts. The event takes place on 12-13 November, 2011 at Hotel Royal Orchid, Bangalore.
Objectives

* To raise funds & friends for the Akshay Patra Foundation that conducts the world’s largest NGO-run midday meal program and currently feeds nearly 1.2 million children every day. .
