Sanjay Choubey
Sanjay Choubey or Sanjay Chaubey, born on 10th Feb 1974 in the remote place of Bhagalpur district of Bihar, is the new generation Hindi writer. In 2013 his collection of poems "Awsaan Nikat Hai" gathered the attention of famous Hindi poet Gyanendrapati, who has been a Sahitya Akadamee Awardee. Gyanendrapati pushed Sanjay Chaubey for regular writing.
Inspired by Gyanendrapati, Sanjay started working on his novel "9 November". The plot of this novel has been floating in his mind since 1993, after the demolition of Babri Masjid. This novel starts with the opening of gate of Babri Masjid in February 1986 and ends by the tragic demise of the hero of the novel, Shekhar, on the date of "Shila Poojan" at Ram Janm Bhoomi i.e. 9th November 1989. Some of the tragic scenes of the infamous Bhagapur riot of 1989 provoke the readers to think.
"9 November" was released in Lucknow in the month of January 2015 and within the span of just two months, its publisher is going to publish the second edition.
