Rishabh S Shah
Rishabh Sanjay Shah is best known as the Founder and the President of (A recently changed name of 'Indian International Model United Nations') or popularly called IIMUN. He is also a guest lecturer, author, motivational speaker, social entrepreneur and helps manage his family business of Iron & Steel.
Early life
Rishabh Shah attended the Green Lawns High School in Mumbai. He has a degree in speech, drama and theatre from Trinity College, London and has graduated from H.R. College of Commerce & Economics which comes under University of Mumbai.
Career at IIMUN
His mission to teach every young student in the world between the age group of 13-19 about local, national and international affairs and also teach them about Indian culture, traditions and values. Under him, IIMUN organised a Model United Nations conference at the UN headquarters in New York in August 2016. They conducted the worlds largest MUN conference in Mumbai with 7500 students. With 3000, IIMUN in 2015 conducted the worlds largest residential Model United Nations conference by renting out Aamby Valley City.
Personal life
He tied the knot with Rhea Hirani in 2015, who is a Jewellery & fashion designer. In his free time he is avid reader, water polo player and an international chess player.
Charity
He runs a charity called Taking India Forward Foundation which organises food, education drives for the not so privileged.
