Quinelle Holder

Quinelle Jonathan Holder (born July 15, 1990), known professionally as Quinelle Holder, is a Haitian American publicist and tour manager. In 2013 he was named a “Hip Hop Tastemaker” by VIBE Magazine. In 2016 Holder digitally integrated GOOD Music artist, Desiigner’s, Grammy nominated single Panda which received the RIAA certification of 4x platinum. Prior to founding his Public Relations firm, Medium PR Agency, Quinelle worked in various capacities with The Fader, A3C Festival, Karen Civil and Myspace.
Early life
Born at Saint John’s Queens Hospital. He attended Kecoughtan High School in Hampton, Virginia, where he graduated in 2008. He got his first experience dealing with the entertainment industry in 2009 by working with local Virginia based clothing lines to help them receive product placements on buzzing entertainers.
Career
In 2012, Quinelle began working as a Field Activation Research And Marketing Representative for the Cornerstone Agency / The Fader Magazine. At the conclusion of his first year of employment he was promoted to Senior Field Activation Research And Marketing Representative for The DMV (DC/MD/VA) Area. This same year Quinelle directly assisted with Myspace's digital re-launch by verifying music profiles for Hip hop artists. In June 2013 Quinelle joined Brandon Wyche's HipHopSince1987.com site as a staff writer. In October 2013 Holder received his first opportunity to give emerging artists a platform when he was tapped by A3C festival to highlight stand-out musicians as a day-to-day blogger for their website. Shortly after, Holder was deemed a Hip-Hop Tastemaker by VIBE Magazine. In 2014 Quinelle co-founded Medium PR Agency with his wife, Sabrina Vaz-Holder. By the end of the year he also held the positions of Lead Lifestyle Writer for SoJones.com, Editorial Assistant at KarenCivil.com and promoted to Content Manager at HipHopSince1987. Under Holder's direction, Medium PR Agency then worked campaigns for notable act's including: Meek Mill, Pusha T, Wale, Jay IDK, BIA, Kelly Rowland, The Dream, Lupe Fiasco, Fetty Wap, OG Maco, Gucci Mane, Sy Ari Da Kid, Spenzo and Jahlil Beats. In 2015 he became the Music Editor at Miss Info, a member of the Complex Media Family. In December 2015 he began working as the publicist for an unsigned New York based artist named Desiigner, after being introduced to him by Multi-Platinum producer Danny "D-Roc" Collington, Holder coordinated the digital integration campaign for Billboard charting song, Panda. Following the successful campaign, Desiigner's manager - Rosanna "Zana Ray" Rhaburn offered Quinelle the opportunity to join her management company, Zana Ray Management, full-time as her male counterpart and tour manager.
