Kenneth Tran
Kenneth Tran (born December 1, 1988) is a Vietnamese American author best known for writing and publishing "The Art of Conflict" in early 2017. Tran, a nephew of General , who was in his late 20s at the time, had already claimed to have pioneered warfare. The initial release of the book generated much controversy, both positive and negative on the internet and ended up becoming a 'copypasta' or quoted text that is often recycled by many users online.
In late 2017, Tran resurfaced in the public eye as the head of an organization called the National Committee for Games Policy (NCGP), which was formed to police and influence video game politics and legislation during the lootbox controversies.
