Joyce Bukirwa Muwanguzi
Joyce Bukirwa Muwanguzi is a researcher and lecturer in Library and Information Science. She is associated with Makerere University in Uganda, specifically the East African School of Library and Information Science (EASLIS).
Background and education
Joyce was born in Kilangira village in Mukono district to the late Samuel Sempebwa and Teopista Nassozi. She holds a PhD in Information Science, a Master of Science in Information Science obtained from Addis Ababa University in 1998 and a Bachelor of Library and Information Science (BLIS) from Makerere University obtained in 1994.
