Jessie Louis Kostoff (born July 24th, 1973" is an American rapper, Singer, Songwriter, and Record Producer.
Jessie is most commonly known as The Bad Father & King Jess of Dark Mountain Cirkus. He is the founder of the band BrooM - Big Rain Over Old Montana, and the Labels' Big Rain Productions and Dark Mountain Cirkus.
