Instant housecall
Instant Housecall is a software package for remote control, desktop sharing and file transfer that works behind firewalls and connection proxy. The software is part of a three tier solution set from the company, they have Express, Professional, and Enterprise. The primary differences between Professional and Express are related to product branding of the application as it would be seen by clients and the number of sessions available to users.

The software is a hosted solution, with monthly, annual, and lifetime licenses for access to the application. Software may be installed at both the host and client. The software provides the standard tools for remote desktop control such as file transfer, chat, session recording, reboot & reconnect, multiple monitor support, but currently does not support adding other people to the session without upgrading to the professional version. The software uses an 256 SSL encryption.
