Flaggy Flag

Flaggy Flag is an alternative flag to the current Nail and Gear flag of the podcast Hello Internet. It was designed by the user thp44 of reddit and consists of vertical black, white, and grey bands in the ratio of 1:1:2.
In 2015, CGP Grey and Brady Haran formed a competition among five flags to represent the podcast: Club and Claws, White Cross, Flaggy Flag, H.I. Logo, and Nail & Gear. Out of the five choices, the Nail & Gear won the competition. However, Flaggy Flag did win a relatively significant amount of the vote, with around 21.1 percent of the ballots cast going to Flaggy Flag.
Some listeners now engage in different ways to raise awareness of the flag. On the website Reddit a subreddit dedicated to fans of Flaggy Flag and those attempting another flag referendum has been created. The subreddit has more than 700 people subscribed to it, but some of those may not be complete supporters of Flaggy Flag and are subscribed for other reasons. It has attracted the notice of Destin Sandlin, the host of the Youtube channel Smarter Every Day who is now a moderator of the subreddit. Flaggy Flag also has a website dedicated to it created by a fan, flaggyflag.com
