Exchange Court

Exchange Court is a residential skyscraper under construction in Salford, United Kingdom. When built, it will reach the height of 130m (426 feet) and become the tallest building in the City of Salford. It was designed by OMI Architects and it is a part of Renaker's major redevelopment of Greengate area. 44 storey glazed tower will include a lower elevation cladded with aluminium panels and reaching 16 storeys. Main tower will be covered with reflective metal panels set behind the glass.
The site is bounded by Trinity Way to the North, and Greengate to the south.
