Emma Vigeland

Emma Vigeland is an American progressive political commentator best known for her work with The Young Turks (TYT). She is the primary host of TYT Politics. She has received notoriety as a progressive critic of New Democrats, and a critic of President Donald Trump. During the the 2020 presidential election, Vigeland has been critical of moderate frontrunner Joe Biden and has endorsed U.S. Senator Bernie Sanders. Vigeland was also critical of President Barack Obama for attempting to work with Republicans in order to pass legislation, labeling Democrats as "perpetual losers" since Obama's presidency. Both of Vigeland's parents were district attornies who later became corporate lawyers defending large corporations against accusations of white-collar crime.
