Adarsh Liberal

Adarsh Liberal (translation: Ideal Liberal) are a series of posters that started appearing on micro-blogging site Twitter from an anonymous handle of the same name. The posters were targeted at the Indian liberals. As a counter to Adarsh Liberal poster, the Indian Liberal fraternity started circulating Adarsh Bhakt(translation: Ideal Devotee) posters.
Adarsh Liberal posters are spin-off of the Adarsh Balak posters which originally demonstrated traits of an Ideal Boy, which were popular in India in 1980s and 90s. Indian news websites have described the online exchange of posters between Indian liberals and Hindutva groups as war
Characteristics of Adarsh Liberal
As depicted in the posters, an Adarsh Liberal is someone who:
* Hits on colleague and proceeds to lift
* Shifts goalposts if losing argument
* Plays with pet anonymous trolls who agree
* Supports PETA, but eats chicken and beef
* Practices playing the victim card
* Attacks Hindu gods to become secular
* Never lets facts bite him
* Goes on expensive holidays to discuss & understand poverty
* Supports Naxals
* Misguides blind Twitter followers
* Brushes up his lies early in the morning
* Takes bath after meeting Hindi speaking people
