Jack Settleman
Jack Settleman (born July 23, 1996) is an American content creator. Settleman is the founder of SnapBack Sports, which is the largest sports-based Snapchat account in the world. SnapBack has accrued 1.2 million followers across all platforms.
Early life
Jack grew up in Maryland with his younger brother Casey, who is also seen in SnapBack Sports's YouTube videos. Jack's passion for sports and business comes from his family's business, Bond Distributing, which distributes beer to the Baltimore Ravens and Baltimore Orioles. Jack was diagnosed with Alopecia areata at age fourteen. He attended McDonogh School, lettering in soccer and basketball. In his senior season, McDonogh finished No. 1 in the country in the national soccer rankings. Jack graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 2018 with a Bachelors in Sports Management and a minor in Business.
Career
Settleman's entrepreneurial journey began with the creation of A-List Design Shop in 2016, while he was a sophomore at the University of Texas at Austin. Settleman worked with athletes such as John Wall, Mohamed Sanu, and T. J. Yeldon, specializing in sales of merchandise through social media. After doing $200,000+ in revenue and being featured on Fox Sports, Settleman sold the business to his two business partners in 2018.
Immediately after graduating from UT Austin, Settleman was hired as a Social Media Manager at The Action Network. Settleman managed The Action Network's social media platforms, wrote articles, and created the College Ambassador Program.
Settleman left Action Network in the Fall of 2019 to join Whistle Sports in a Social Media Manager + Talent role. Settleman currently works at Whistle Sports assisting with content, E-commerce, and podcasting strategy. In addition, Settleman has been featured in branded campaigns for Nerf and Fruit by the Foot alongside notable figures such as JuJu Smith-Schuster and Spice Adams.
In 2018, Settleman created the SnapBack Sports Snapchat account. Other platforms include Twitter, YouTube, Twitch, and TikTok.
Settleman has also been creating sports content for the past three years, with his most notable piece of content being his live sports experiences. Covering the Super Bowl, NBA All-Star Weekend, and many Knicks games in partnership with the organization have led to a ton of growth for his personal platforms. Other forms of content Jack creates are video game and a podcast.
Settleman is one of ten partial owners of the new FCF ballerz collective KoD Indoor Football Team.

Jack Settleman has conducted interviews with some of the world's most renowned entrepreneurs, NBA owners, and athletes. The interviews included talks with Mark Cuban, Gary Vaynerchuk, Jay Williams, and CJ McCollum. He sold SnapBack Sports hats and donated all profits to the foundation. In addition, he interviewed athletes diagnosed with Alopecia such as Josh Dobbs and Charlie Villanueva to augment awareness for Alopecia Areata Awareness Month. Settleman also has worked with the Making Lemonade Fund, which has raised money to battle COVID-19, as well as participating in a fundraiser for the Live 2 Ball foundation, which donates all proceeds to cancer research.
