Vishwa Marathi Sahitya Sammelan

A Sahitya Sammelan is a gathering of renowned authors, poets and thousands of literature enthusiasts. It involves celebrating well-known books, poems, and other works of literature. It is also a place for new and fresh talent to exhibit/present their work and get feedback. Language enthusiasts get a chance to meet their favorite authors and poets.
Marathi Sahitya Sammelan is the coming together of the entire Marathi literature lovers. About 81 such meets have been organized typically in the western Indian state of Maharashtra by the year 2008.
Vishwa Marathi Sahitya Sammelan is an initiative taken by the Maharashtra Mandal Bay Area (MMBA) to gather the Marathi authors, poets and literature enthusiasts all over the world for celebrating the Marathi language, literature and culture. MMBA is organizing the first ever Vishwa Marathi Sahitya Sammelan with the help of Mahamandal and the Marathi Mandals all over the world. About 50 Marathi and non-Marathi writers are going to participate in this meet.
