Samuel Prescott Phillips Fay (January 10, 1778 - May 18, 1856) is the great-great-great-grandfather of President George H. W. Bush, and the great-great-great-great grandfather of President George W. Bush. He married about 1803 to Harriet Howard. His parents were Jonathan Fay, Jr. and Lucy Prescott. Rev. Peter Bulkley was a great-great-great grandfather.
