Russell Jay (born on September 6, 1978 in Mt. Vernon, IL) is an American television producer.
He started his entertainment career as an on-air radio DJ for several radio stations including a number one rated morning show as the stunt side-kick Forrest. He was also an on-air personality for a rock & top 40 station. After graduating with a Bachelor degree in Radio & Television from Southern Illinois University and a short stunt as a LEVI Jeans model , he moved to Los Angeles to pursue radio at Los Angeles radio station . He shortly fell in love with reality television while interning at Bunim-Murray Productions [http://www.bunim-murray.com/index.php?sessionhome&id1 Bunim-Murray] His career began in Los Angeles in 2000 as the assistant to Jon Murray and Mary-Ellis Bunim.
