Rescreatu is a new online virtual pet website launched by Patrick Warner on November 02, 2006. It is based around a virtual "species", called creatu, of which 34 exist. Creatu are hatched from eggs, which can be found on 4 "planets", each of which contains most of the features involved with the game. The currency of the game is "tu". Rescreatu is free at the time, though planning for a paid-for "premium" account has been occurring.
Planets Rescreatu's four planets are each representative of a certain element and connected to every other planets by means of "portals". Each planet also has their own variety of Creatu eggs to find.
Reiflem is the planet of the element fire. Rescreatu's bank, a place to safely store "tu", to protect from glitches, is located there, along with the Graveyard(a place where creatu who have not been fed any food items are sent). Resurrection Quests are performed here to bring the creatu back to the user's possession; Antonio's Pizza Shop, a shop that exchanges tu for pizza items to feed to your creatu; a Black Market, which is a more expensive shop, reaching tu costs of over 10,000,000.
Relcore is the earth-based planet, and it holds most of the shops in the Rescreatu world. This is where user shops, places of commerce created and used by users, galleries, where users can show their personal advancement in the game, and rancher shops, places of buying creatu, are located. It also contains the Magic Caves, where members of the society class go to dig up artifacts, and has a few exclusive Creatu (such as the Paor and the Leverene). Some shops include the Sweet Shop, Toy Store, Healthy Food Stand, Baked Goods, The Pharmacy, Beverage Store, and Book Bargains, among many others.
Scria is the air planet, and is most known for the Scria Care Center, where illnesses, random incidents that affects creatu, can be diagnosed and wounded Creatu may be healed for a certain amount of tu. Scria also has a Candle Shop, Freaky Toy Store, Potion Shop, and Referral Shop.
Atquati, the water planet, has the Atqueen Forest, where owners may release Creatu into the wild to be found by other users. There is also the Enchanted Springs, in which a Creatu may swim once a day to receive an item. Atquati also has the Staff Memorabilia Shop, which sells items related to the various staff members of Rescreatu.
Types of Creatu Creatu of Relcore Berrok Chimby Gondra Jaaku-- This Creatu may only be found on Halloween or a few days after. Leverene-- This Creatu may only be found by citizens of Relcore. Paor-- This Creatu may only be found by citizens of Relcore. Vogar Zenirix

Other Kioka -- this Creatu cannot be found on any planet; you must purchase an egg from another user or you can buy it from the Credit Shop. Omni -- released in the credit shop on July 8, this Creatu can only be purchased from the credit shop or from another user.
:zzz rescreatu is simpply the best online game that I have ever joined. all the people on it are so nice. I love the fact that you have to hatch eggs instead of just choosing a pet to have. I really recommend for you to join it! :)

I was very disappointed in this petsite, when upon me returning just today I find out that I am banned for 'multiple accounts'. As this was not true, considering my boyfriend had also created his own account, I can only guess that their means of 'detection' is viewing how many accounts are used under an IP address. Since this is a faulty procedure, which has been proved time and time again, SINCE I HAVE BEEN THERE I've seen similar situations come up at LEAST three times.
So I issue a warning to all players If there is anyone else playing on your computer They will ban you
Personally I will never return to the site, after conduct of the staff in the SC. And the lack of warning given to me, and asking for no explaination. Basically they gave me a spanking like a bad child, and didn't care the reason, because they get to play god. And yes I'm a little upset on the matter, but my review still stands. Horrible staff.

In September, a user hacked onto the website system crashing it for approximately three weeks. And just recently two staff members had been fired and several other (I think three others) have resigned.
Whatever the issues of resigning were, many now on Rescreatu believe that it has gone "corrupt"
But even though it does seem to get out of hand at times, I love Rescreatu relentlessly and I wish to never part from it. I hope that it will be able to solve some of it's problems in the near future

Staff members are no gods. They're human, as well as any other user on that website. However, I wish there were easier ways to handle situations such as individuals with glitches. People have had to wait MONTHS for a single glitch to be fixed. I was suddenly banned without warning and I'm suspecting that they're accusing me of having multiplae accounts. That is CERTAINLY not the case, and I wish they would fix some things with that website.
Overall however...that website is great. Especially with V2 FINALLY in place.

Rescreatu has rules? I didn't notice. They banned me before I read them. I made 1 account, and gave them an email address (actually I "share" the email with my brother, but he doesn't know that... that's besides the point). They said a confirmation email was sent, but I never got it. I waited a little while and figured I'd never get the email, then sent in another application and got the confirmation email in my gmail account. Thinking I was immune to multi-accounts since I had never gotten to log onto the first one (which was dumb in hindsight), I used the second one and was having a good time until I was suddenly banned. No warning. No nothing, just banned. Soo... uhh...
What do I do now? I'm gonna guess any other account I make will get banned too and I don't know how to contact mods/admins to say my 3rd account can be counted as my first since I don't care what happens to the others anyway. Grr... Help?

I'm pretty mad with Rescreatu. They banned my IP Address accusing me of multiple accounts. I clearly stated on my profile that my sister had made an account on my laptop and I log onto public computers so other people may have gone onto the site. I keep trying the contact us at the bottom of the page, but I am not getting a reply. I am especially mad because I helped support the site by paying $20 to the Credit Shop. Rescreatu is a good site to play on, however, they do have issues with the IP addresses. I used a friends computer without much thought about the IP address at the time, we we're both banned. And even after contacting them about the issue I have yet to get an email back when clearly they say they will get in touch with you in 48 hours. It's quite bothersome when you have to worry about everything with this IP address, mostly if someone else that plays uses the same computer as you do.

There is a site that exists Called Zedro Rants, this is run by one of the older Players (Harry Potter) he sits on his Blog site with his little vulgar mouth and puts current players, and staff down.
Rescreatu is not a site I would recommend to parents who want their children to play a fun game, players Like Billybob have been caught exploiting the double training glitch over and over again and because he is staff he has not been banned.
The staff play the game for themselves, they are quite unhelpful to users.
These glitches if they are exploited are not the fault of the user, but Rather Patrick Warners laziness in having them fixed... they are still allowed to exist because Staff Members like Billybob and Geonightrose take advantage of them all the time.
Its a sad site, the game itself is fun, but the owner shows favoritism to the staff and allows them to cheat or change the rules on a whim.

I enjoyed the game but the staff do not like to be challenged in any way, i was banned for apparently using a auto refresher/clicker (i dont even know what that is) the real reason i was banned? well maybe because i had two iviks (one of thier new exclusive pets) 5-6 wyraes 4 black cs pets and an albino, all the albino pets plus doubles and about 200 mill in stocks (thats a bigger portfolio than a lot of staff) i worked really hard to get to that level my library finally made the list and one of my pets got on the training stats i was happy and i never bothered anyone but obviously someone felt threatned and that was the end of me. The staff on the site forget that they are there to keep the game safe and fair and instead use their position to eliminate anyone who dares challenge them, recieve bribes.. oh i mean gifts and ultimutly grow richer. All that tu i had in stocks and the bank are now lost, because they choose not to clear banned accounts all that means is now there are less stocks avaliable for players to buy and again the staff hold the majority of what there is left - and do they spend it? ah no, they will quibble over the smallest amount and believe that because they are staff they should get it cheaper and yet thay themselves will charge more than full price for the same item/creatu claiming it has a good name but refusing to pay for a name themselves. Oh and as to that 'we will respond to this message in 48 hours' bar humbug im still waiting for my response. So play if you wish, it is a fun game, but dont dare express an opion or try and excell at anything or your gone.

Your conspiracy theories are unfounded and based solely on your own imagination. BillyBob is an admin on the website. If staff WERE to ban him, they would have to bring it up with Patrick and an investigation would have to be done; however, when was the last time BillyBob was seen? He doesn't play as often as he used to so his stat-altering ways have since been diminished considerably. Rather than whining about it behind staff's backs to other users, you should have upright reported it and they would have brought it to Patrick where the report would be impartially reviewed. Secondly. Being banned for having luxury items, pets, amounts of tu and credits is purely false. There are plenty of users (who have no friendly connection to the staff) who do well on the site, moreso than you had. The fact that you had managed to accumulate copious amounts of seasonal creatu eggs in such a limited amount of time suggests that you were cheating using an altered auto-refreshing program. You had every opportunity to challenge the ban and explain how you managed to pick up your 100+ seasonal eggs. Instead, you resorted to doing as Anrath did and whined and complained and cried conspiracy on the staff members of Rescreatu.
The fact that you post posing as a man you despise, Anrath, furthers the evidence that you simply cannot get over pixels and take everything that happens to you in the worst way possible, then twist and manipulate the situation to blow it out of proportion and blame it on others for your abundant failures. Rescreatu is a great site. The games are entertaining, the economy (though slow) is very easy to get the hang of. Userbase is nice and the staff members (despite the comment prior) are very helpful.
The site comes with a FAQ, which is also very helpful. There's a pricing guide for creatu so you don't get cheated out of your tu which is also really good.
The shoutbox is my favorite place to go and watch people chat. The users there are funny and friendly. It's a really tight-knit community and they always welcome in new people. I really enjoy it there!

As always, take comments by banned members from *any* site with a copious grain of salt (or three, in some cases). Of course all were banned "unfairly," and a vast conspiracy to rob them of their title of "GREATEST VIRTUAL PET SITE PLAYER EVER" must be the "true" reason for their site ban.
Rescreatu as a whole is pleasant, friendly, and easy to learn/navigate. Members are helpful and giving and Staff is friendly but firm, usually maintaining a healthy sense of humor as they maintain order on the site. I attribute speed-bumps in site progress to the desire to make the site *different* from other virtual pet-sites, which it is (and that's a good thing). It's a great place for the younger ones to play as well as young adults. Art is lovely, and especially lately the activities are varied and exciting. Wonderful site!
As with most sites, *follow the rules,* discuss any issues with Staff, and play nice. (That shouldn't be such a difficult thing to do, especially for adults.) :)

DO NOT JOIN THIS WEBSITE UNLESS YOU LIKE LIVING IN A VIRTUAL PRISON.
The staff members (not all, but some) are corrupted and ban you when ever they feel like it, on what ever grounds.
So they'll pretty much pull a reason out of thin air and IP ban you just because they can.
Rescreatu's staff enforced rules breaches laws, makes up its own rules to fit and Benefit ONLY the staff members, has glitches that have not been fixed for lengthly periods of time, and also has a social hierarchy.
Hundreds of innocent users have been banned countless times by selfish, ignorant, brainless staff members.
Rescreatu should be shut down, or run by someone with better management that actually enforces a set of rules that don't differ from a normal user to a staff member. I would love to sue this website on so many levels and grounds, but I don't think I can seeing as I'm not within the United States..
Please don't bother with this pathetic website. Half of the things are out of order and don't even work properly.
One stupid rule is if you find a glitch in the system or know someone that has been banned - including yourself, you're not allowed to talk about it at all. Because, you know, talking about yourself or a friend is illegal nowadays. And as for the glitches, well they just need an excuse to not fix them I guess, because they're too cheap.

I've never had a serious problem on rescreatu that was not righted after politely speaking to staff about it. I've been harassed by staff, brought it up with Patrick himself, and received an apology and that staff was pretty much removed from the site. I've been warned unfairly before and after talking about it and working it out the warning was retracted. I've also been banned totally fairly for going way out of line.
In fact I think some of the staff members are saints. Gunmetal, 14brokenmirrors, and Horselova especially. I can be really stupidly immature and somehow they still put up with me. I guess because I (at least try to) learn my lesson. I've never done anything against the site's rules except toss a dye kit and have a friend pick it up (once). I've used Firefox's auto refresh add-on during egg hunts just so I don't get carpal tunnel from clicking or F5. I never refreshed on the findEgg link. I've never made another account. Well, I tried to get my mom to play, but she wasn't interested. For a while I knew the password to her account (Cyndi) but I never used it. I honestly don't remember it now.
I can assure anyone reading this. I know some of the staff very well, and I've known them for a couple years. They don't ban people without a really thorough investigation. They don't ban people unfairly, or if they do it's not often. And if they do, they are happy to try to work things out and correct their mistakes.
The people here who are whining about unfairness and conspiracy theories are all just butthurt crazies or children who don't understand how to play the game fairly.
Bottom line: Don't be stupid. Play by the rules. Be respectful to ALL other players, including staff. It's not difficult.

Shadowwolf96 again. My ban was lifted sometime in October and I played again for a couple months, careful not to let other people on my computer. I thought I was all cleared up, but I just tried to log on again and found I was banned. I'm getting very tired of being banned from the site for no reason. I'm just hoping I'll be let back on again seeing as it's not fair to me.

It will help if the staffs would just reply our emails as to why we are banned. If we are wrong, why not confront us with it. What are they afraid of? It will also help if we know what the glitches are so that we don't step on the landmines. Fix the glitches. How many years have it been? It's just like trap. Is the site friendly, not so. On some profiles, they asked us not to send them respal request. Giveaways are not giveaways. You have to write reason why you deserve it and what you want to do with it. Giveaways are only to boost the giver's ego. To give is to give unconditionally.

This site used to be wonderful. I spent hours on end playing, and I made more than a few good friends there. Until recently, I did not have a problem. Then the site began to take a turn for the worse. All the new pets were credit shop only, which is incredibly abusive to the userbase. They exploit children (myself included) for their parents money, and while that money should be going into the development of the site, Patrick sits on his ass and leaves numerous glitches unfixed. When I voiced my opinions on site features, glitches, and whatnot, staff members (namely 14brokenmirrors) would delete my comments. It is apparently unacceptable to comment about the news post in the news post comments box. Moving on...
Then comes my first ban. I was accused of having multiple accounts after the big multi-crackdown, which was very much false. I calmly took it up with support staff, a nice user by the name of LeTainted. She was most helpful and returned my account to me. I thought that was the end of that.
A few months went by and while my big mouth was running about new features and whatnot, and I was becoming less and less welcome in the community. I began to log in less often, except to play stocks and save for expensive things. My friend, who shall remain anonymous, was periodically sending me money to help me save.
Out of the blue I was banned again, this time my IP address, for a second set of multiple accounts. Even if I had multiple accounts the first time, who would be stupid enough to do it again? Certainly not I. Whether my friend's tu installments had anything to do with it, I do not know, but she isn't banned so I'm going to say that was not the reason.
Using a proxy, I created another account to inquire again. LeTainted could not help me, as she was now a Content Manager. So I rmailed the head of support, 14brokenmirrors. She gave me a very sadistic reply, denouncing my innocence of both offenses, and offering no real explanation except that there was "evidence" of some kind. I'd be curious to know what it was.
Needless to say, I will not be getting my account back, nor do I wish to have anything to do with this site ever again. Good riddance.

Everything you do on Rescreatu is logged. Bank transfers, pet trades, stock purchases, item trades, auctions, alerts, sent items, merchant shop purchases, rancher purchases...everything.
The only activity to ever take place on Renaissance's "false" multiple accounts are the hatching of three pets on each account, which Renaissance then made trades for to his main account, and the use of the item trade system to try and avoid the detection of transferring ill-gotten items to his account.
Renaissance's second offense of multiple accounting was more complex, involving the use of various proxies to try and cover his tracks. The evidence proving that he was multi-accounting was stumbled upon when reviewing the activity logs mentioned above, and after weeks of investigation it was undeniable that he was rampantly cheating via a twisted chain of user accounts. LeTainted could not help him because he is guilty. She still has access to all the same tools she had as head of support.
The myth that innocent users are banned on Rescreatu all the time is exactly that: a myth... perpetuated by liars such as Renaissance who can't admit that they got caught cheating on a virtual petsite.

What happened here? Rescreatu was a fun and enjoyable site. Especially the community. The users were always friendly and helpful and fun. Now it's turned into a horrible slag fest. Not just from the side of users, but from staff side too! I'm reading through these comments and I'm dying inside, feeling heart broken and disappointed in some of the things that are being said about other people. Other human beings! How could you all let yourselves stoop this low? Can you say what you typed to the person's face? Can you tell that to little children? Are you really going to sit down and stare a person in the eye and say "I hope you die." or "You are pathetic."? If you can, then you need to step back and look at what it means to be a human.
All of this over a virtual petsite, no less! Were you truly that offended? Did what happen really call for those words? What happened to this site? Please, don't go out of your way to hurt a person. The internet has enough hurt. Play games for the sake of playing, and don't take things to heart. You know who you are and what you've done, if you can't make others see that, then let them be narrow-minded and live on! In the end, you're the only one whose opinions matter.

WRONG! Rescreatu is not public property, it is a privately owned website that you are allowed to join for free. Your real-world rights do not apply to online pixels, and just as any privately owned restaurant can refuse service to any customer, so can any privately owned website take action to remove members who destroy the game/content/whatever.

It is the responsibility of each player to determine the worth of the item and/or pet they are trading before making a deal.
A very important factor in this deal was neglected to be mentioned by the above poster: the name on the gondra, which was also the name of the buyer's son.
In the situation with Witchy, the user who made the deal agreed heartily to the deal until ANOTHER user decided FOR HER that she had been ripped off.
Part of the deal included this name that the user wanted VERY badly. Names have varying degrees of value, from a few thousand to hundreds of millions. Since the user agreed to the trade, it can be assumed that she considered that name of high value, and wanted it enough to make the trade for it with a black liyure.
The user herself even admitted that she rushed into the deal without thinking it through.
Staff cannot be expected to "fix" every deal that a user changes their mind on, or decides is not worth the value they originally agreed to.
For example: the first creatu I beaned on Res was an ebilia, and it turned albino. I was offered a Regression Ray as payment for the pet. At the time, I knew Rays were retired, but not how much they were worth. Shortly after accepting this deal, I was told that I was ripped off, as an albino ebilia sold for 20M or more, and Rays were being sold for around 12M at the time.
Did I demand a refund or reversal of the deal? No. I was disappointed, but realized that it was MY lack of research that resulted in the acceptance of this deal. I took it as a learning experience and that has served me well.
Ironically, the same person who under-offered the regression ray on my albino ebilia is the SAME PERSON who stirred up the drama pot regarding this deal which was mentioned with Witchy.

Personally, I love Rescreatu. Yes, there has been lots of stirr ups, but they were all before I joined, and all I have witnessed is a few warnings. And though I can understand that you were upset because you were banned, or for some other resaon, I think you should take into account other peoples feelings. People reading this may think, "Well, that person says they weren't nice to them, but they go off bad mouthing them on other sites, it's just not fair." So think about what you're saying, before you make a reputation for yourself.
Okay, so you might not like this game, that's fine. It's your opinion. Just like this is mine. So respect it, please. If you complained every time something doesn't go your way, where would we be in life?

I haven't been banned from Rescretu. I don't cheat, exploit glitches, scam, use multiple accounts, or anything else, and I still have a lot of problems with the site. I don't post in the forums or use the chatbox any more than I have to because I know if I accidentally piss off a staff member, they will abuse their power. So it's not just bitter banned users that complain, the site really does have problems.

The user in post #65 does appear to have multiple accounts, and probably realizes its best if she just stays quiet on the site so as to not draw attention to herself.
#65, if you're reading, I can prove I know who you are. Your username starts with E and ends with y and consists of two words. The accounts you are suspected of also owning: one starts with B and ends with y, the other starts with R and ends with n, and also consists of two words. You've never had one warning, ever, and neither have any of the associated accounts, so why you posted lies and false claims here and drew attention to yourself is a mystery to me.
As for anyone else reading, if a member of staff ever abuses their power, it should be reported immediately via the support ticket system or through rmail to a staff member you trust, because this is absolutely not tolerated within staff.

I've never had a personal problem with Res, but I`'e heard that staff could be abusive of their powers sometimes. I've never been scammed, I've never cheated, I've never harssed another user, never had multiple accounts... I think that most of you complaining are really cheaters and scammers, but there more than likely are some people that got banned unfairly. Staff should read profiles first before banning, just to check if they mention siblings. If so, they should bide their time and ban them if there's incredibly suspicious activity, such as loggoing on to an account, logging off, and then logging on to another account from the same IP. I think Res should try to make it work, because a lot of Res members have siblings that might want to play, but can't, because staff bans anything that seems wrong, when it might just be a misunderstanding between the staff and the user in question.

Secret, that is how it is done. Profile statements of siblings or other relatives are often used by cheaters, I suppose because they think staff will disregard the suspicious activity. It does take time to determine most bans. Logs are reviewed over a period of time in addition to observing other behavior on the site, and suspicious accounts are monitored until the user is either found to be legit or not. Staff doesn't simply ban anything that seems wrong, because staff wants users to stay. Banning everything that appears wrong without investigation would defeat the purpose of being staff, and also hurt the site's growth. In order to thrive, a site such as this does need to grow.
There are times when mistakes are made, because staff are human after all. When brought to the attention of staff, those mistakes have been and will continue to be corrected.

I've been a member of res for over three years now: I was devistated by the hack, have watched numberous glitches run their course, jumped for joy over many a revamp, and can honestly say, I love the site as a whole. The users are friendly, and the site is in a current state of rebuilding. There are plenty of rumors on here about staff abuse and such, but the truth is, I've been on for over THREE YEARS. And I've NEVER seen ONE example of this. What I have seen: Plenty of users mad about being caught, coming back on a new username or such, and complaining without base, or flat out lying. The staff works hard, for few benefits, and honestly put a lot into trying to keep the game safe and user friendly. It really gets to me sometimes, to think that so many people can say so many horrible things with no proof, nothing to really go off of. Rescreatu is a great community, and is always growing. If you don't like it, leave. Don't take the time to say bad things about it (What do you think you're gaining??); let those who do like it enjoy the site for what it is.

Bans are actually very common on Rescreatu, but the moderators are fair for every ban. They have access to all logs, including rmails and trading logs, and will only ban when they think that the two or more accounts are obviously by the same person. I myself was previously banned for multiple-accounting, and was previously dragonz. If you think that your ban was not given fairly, you can send in a support ticket. The staff will back up their reasoning with pure evidence, which is your logs.
V3, as I have heard, will be released this or next month. Patrick is aiming to release it by August, though. Rescreatu is a friendly website with a friendly community. If you do not like it, quit. It's your choice and no one will stop you.
Also, "stupidpatrick", TU to credit rates are actually very low, with 15mil to 100 credits right now, which is 10mil less than the TU to credit rate via Credit shop. You, are wrong.

Rescreatu has gone through its ups and downs, and I often get tired of it and the people.
I still go back for whatever reason, but most of the people on the shoutbox don't care what others have to say, as long as they get attention. The staff don't care much for new or old players. They are usually as straight as sticks, and only play jokes with each other. Some pursure friendship with regular users, but they don't want to become friends with people who can be banned as easily as eating a piece of chocolate cake. It can end up with a lot of hurt.
Don't think you're special just because you were banned. Many bans have happened, get over it. I've never been banned, but I halfway expect it to come soon some day. I'm slightly old, in terms of being on the site.
There are other petsites you can play, and honestly, with all of the glitches and bad things that happen to this site, why would you want to go back?
The staff do their job. What they do in their spare time is their business. If they go through your account and you have a lifetime ban, then it's a win/win, since it will go back into the economy. Or well, hopefully. Whatever they want to do doesn't bother me.
The revamps are good, the art is wonderful, the graphics are nice, the writing is pretty excellent, and the modding is very good as well. It's not a perfect website, but they do what they can.
Ignore the glitches, don't bother the staff, follow the rules, follow the stocks closely, and listen to everything, but speak only when necessary. If you see something odd, report it.
Making friends on there isn't hard, but keeping them is.
NEVER lend tu, items, or pets. Don't trust ANYONE, unless you know them very well. Or cannot live without Rescreatu. Many people have been scammed, or not given their things back. Don't let people take advantage of you, or you could end up without anything but a good karma level.
That is the end of my rant. Oh, and one more thing. No matter what you do, or what happens, Rescreatu IS JUST A PET GAME. Not real life. Not anything that you will die over. Relax, take it easy, and live your life.

The DO have the right. It's a private website, and you agree to abide by THEIR rules when you sign up. No one makes you sign up and no one makes you stay. The only users who have issues with that are the ones who are cheating or mistreating other players. No one really cares if those people are gone, despite what they say. To the other post: "SERVES NO OTHER PURPOSE THAN TO SHAME USERS." Your point? No one makes you cheat. No one makes you break rules. Why should you be afforded ANY courtesy if you do, and why should any of the honest players care if you're "bitter" once you're busted?
