Lissa Lauria (born Long Island, New York May 1989) is an American actress, singer and songwriter. She now resides in Los Angeles with her family.
Background
Lauria's hometown is Deer Park, New York, where she began her career as a child in the title role of "Annie". Her mother is a produced screenplay/theatrical writer/producer/director.
Her uncle is James Argiro well known Pianist,Composer,Arranger and Conductor.
Career
From the age of 4 years old, Lauria knew that the stage was calling her. She acted in numerous plays in New York regional theatre, singing, dancing and acting. As a young teen, she took the step into television and film and quickly appeared on the Rosie O'Donnell show and several tween productions. Realizing that she was bound and determined, her parents moved to Los Angeles to give her greater career opportunities.
Upon arriving in Los Angeles, Lauria snagged a lead role in the summer 2008 release of All Ages Night as well as the title lead in Millie and Feeb which she will film in 2008 alongside V Sevani from NLT.
