 The King Kong USA Galaxy D3000 Acupuncture Point Deluxe Air Massage Chair chair is produced by Kingkongusa, which is a California based company that specializes in production of massage chairs.

Compared to other deluxe massage chairs, such as OSIM uHarmony Massage Chair Recliner the D3000 King Kong chair is not much different. The only noticeable difference is the price, D3000 is almost a thousand dollars cheaper. Surprisingly one of the only things which make uHarmony a superior chair is the fact that it has built-in speakers and an audio system which allows you to listen to music while getting massaged.

As with most other top of the line massage chairs King Kong has several massage modes, such as kneading , Tapping & Rolling (for the feet). It can be programmed for 2 people (same as uHarmony). The chair has back & foot heat devices which warm and relax the muscles during the massage sessions. The chair also automatically reclines to depending on the massage mode that was selected.

Most of the consumer reviews of the chair are positive apart from some exceptions. Most negative reviews are related to the fact that the LCD screen is not backlit and that it comes in one color only.

Those are acceptable flaws, compared to some chairs such as the ijiku models, which are often broken upon arrival.

	I to bought my King Kong Massage chair at Costco. Barely used it but loved it. It has since died. The remote died a slowish death. Damn. So it will not turn on anymore. Checked the fuse. I too live in CA in SF/Bay Area. Anyone who repairs these things could have a great gig. 	I bought my chair at Costco as well and I have been trying for three years to find some one to come out and fix please help. When I do they say King Kong does not have any parts and they will not offer any solutions. On top of that all of the service vendors that have contracted with King Kong say they no longer are taking referals because the company is not backing their product do to some legal patten issues.All that said i really like the chair when it works it is a shame that King Kong wont step up and offer a fix all even if I have to pay I would be willing to pay for service Guest
