Jiang Chun-Xuan is a Chinese mathematician proponent of fringe scientific theories who works mostly in the field of number theory.

He claimed to have disproved the Riemann Hypothesis, and proved Fermat's Last Theorem before Andrew Wiles, and the Twin Prime Conjecture and the Goldbach Conjecture using a new analytical tool he invented, the Jiang function.

He is recognized into the Institute for Basic Research institute of Ruggero Maria Santilli, where he published most of his work, and claimed to have established the foundations of Santilli's Isonumber theory.

Professor Santilli himself became impressed by Jaing's claims in number theory and wrote:

I am a researcher in transportation system engineering. I know that you have got an international prize. Do feel lonely, we are together with you all.

I'm really not able to find any scientific truth in

http://www.i-b-r.org/docs/jiang.pdf

For example, the claim that follows (3.16)
has nothing to do with a mathematical proof.

For example, from the PNT one would expect that
there are about n/(log n)^2 couples of primes
whose sum is 2n. But this argument, obviously,
does not imply that EVERY even number can be
written as the sum of two primes, as Jiang
seems to claim.

Moreover, sieve methods (like Brun's for the
twin-primes conjecture) give, in general, only
UPPER BOUNDS for the density of certain patterns
of prime numbers: just a further evidence that

J_m(omega) -> infty

does not imply ANYTHING.

In conclusion, the article looks ridicoulous,
and heavily pseudo-scientific.

Using Jiang function one can prove all prime problems including Golabach conjecture and twin primes conjecture.
