The is developing a holistic approach to Knowledge Management. Lead by Professor Michael Stankosky, George Washington University School of Engineering and Applied Science and Professor Richard Donnelly, [http://www.business.gwu.edu/ School of Business (GWSB)] the research is based on a balance of the four pillars of KM: Leadership, Organization, Learning, and Technology. The IKI is performing research in KM applications through its venture that explores the complex relationship of leadership, organization, learning, and technology in providing effective approaches to support the 21st century workforce.
