Characters *George Beard and Harold Hutchins-Two lovable pranksters. *Mr.Krupp/Captain Underpants-Principal of Jerome Horwitz Elementary School/A superhero created by George Beard and Harold Hutchins. *Black Cheetah Man-A new villain who is supposed to be half human,half cheetah. *Sulu-A bionic hamster. *Crackers-A Quetzalcoatlus Plot Unknown so far. Possibly Black Cheetah Man attempts to build rights for all tigers with Captain Underpants, George, and Harold trying to stop him.

It won't be the last book because Dav Pilkey wants to write Captain Underpants books until he's 90. Besides He isn't going to write that book! Someone just made a lie about it and know almost everyone thinks it's true.
