Brandon Alexander Millan (born May 22, 1985) is an economic adviser and author of several published articles and papers on economic issues. In July 2010, he announced his candidacy for the Thousand Oaks City Council. Millan drew voter attention with his TO 3-1-1, Solar TO and Integrated Traffic Management programs. His campaign boasts strong grassroots support, quickly becoming the number one political Facebook page in Ventura County. Millan grew up in Thousand Oaks and is the son of Scott Millan and his wife Deborah. He attended Westlake Hills Elementary School, Colina Middle School and graduated from Westlake High School. Millan attended Pepperdine University, where he studied under academic Joel S. Fetzer and graduated in 2007 with a B.A. in political science and asian studies.
