Bebe Williams born July 18, 1952, a web comics pioneer with his daily Webcomic entitled Art Comics Daily. In the Cartooning field, he is one of the Xeric_Award Winners for his photo comic book, Bobby Ruckers. The Ruckers character was created in 1984 for George Steinbrenner's magazine "Tampa Magazine". From 1982-84, Williams was the photo comic character "Nick Boliche" which ran in the newspaper Tampa Tribune.
Time Travel - Williams is known for his short book "Instructions for Meeting Time Travellers" which was first published in 1983.
Williams is one of the founding members of the Artists_and_Writers_Ball Group Inc.
