The Adventure Collection is a consortium of 10 prominent luxury adventure travel companies. Member companies operate more than 560 active trips to 120 countries on all 7 continents. Activities include hiking, biking, small ship cruising, trekking, rafting and safaris. Members also specialize in crafting individual bespoke tours.
The Adventure Collection’s charter includes a rigorous commitment to ethical and responsible travel principles; member companies are evaluated according to strict standards of conservation and culturally and ecologically responsible tour practices. Members have initiated programs to cultivate and preserve local cultures, wildlife and wild places in Africa, Asia and South America. The consortium was founded in March 2000 and is headquartered in San Francisco.
